We have a unique pricing structure for our residential lawn care services. This is to make the costs transparent and fair while also encouraging multiple neighbors on the same street to utilize our services. This benefits both the customer and us.
Service Packages
Gold lawn PACKAGE - 40 cuts
The prices and neighbor discounts only apply to customers with a minimum of a Silver Package and above Service Contract which is a 12-month service contract. Your final quote will be 40 payments spread over 12 months based on the TIER your lot falls in. So TIER-1 would be $83.33/month for weekly service for 8 months and bi-weekly for 4 months. This doesn't include any add-ons you choose. (Gold Customers get one of two add-on services for free Monthly Round Up or Annual Lawn Fertilization)

silver lawn PACKAGE - 36 cuts
The prices and neighbor discounts only apply to customers with a minimum of a Silver Package and above Service Contract which is a 12-month service contract. Your final quote will be 36 payments spread over 12 months based on the TIER your lot falls in. So TIER-1 would be $75/month for weekly service for 6 months and bi-weekly for 6 months.

BRONZE lawn PACKAGE - 18 cuts
The prices and neighbor discounts only apply to customers with a minimum of a Silver Package Service Contracts and above. This is a 12-month service contract for 18 cuts a year. 6 months of Bi-Weekly and 6 months of once a month. The prices are 1.75x higher than the Silver Package due to wear and tear on equipment for biweekly services during peak season as well as time to service.

One Time Services
The residential lawn care neighbor discounts do not apply to customers without a silver package level or to add-on services.
Premium Lawn Care Service
This is determined based on lot size, yard condition, and how frequently you require service. Bi-weekly service will be charged at 1.5x the cost. Overgrown yards will be based on a case by case basis.
Garden Maintenance
This is judged on a case by case basis. Overgrown weeds will cost more.
Spray Round Up
This is for a one time charge to spray weed killer around your property
Seeding Your Lawn
This is a one time charge to spread lawn feed in your yard. This is for yards >5,000 Square Feet. Anything Above 5,000 SqFt will be required to pay for the feed and pay an additional $25 per each additional 2,500 square feet.
Pressure Wash Driveway
The price reflects a one car width driveway no longer than 40 feet. After that it will be $50 more for every additional 20 feet.

We are available Monday - Friday. As of now since we are just starting in order to cut costs, it will depend on where you are located that will determine the day of the week we provide service. Our goal is to have everyone's grass cut by Friday evening.
Yes, we provide all of our own equipment and materials for seeding and spraying round up.
If it is raining on the day of your scheduled service, we will reach out to reschedule for the following day. If it is still raining to where we can't provide service, then the first day the weather is clear will be when we come to provide service.
The way we determine the price is by taking the square footage of your lot and subtracting the square footage of your house to get the total serviceable square feet. We don't take into consideration the driveway or walkway because we have to weed eat and edge around those.
This is just for our premium lawn service. Any additional services will be added on to this.
So our goal is to get as many people on the same street as possible. It lowers our drive time, gas, and vehicle maintenance costs. So, to encourage neighbors to use our services, we offer a neighbor discount on your monthly bill from 5% to 20%. to give an example how this works I will use the above example bill of $134.64/month
Tier 1: 2 Neighbors = 5% off
Tier 2: 4 Neighbors = 10% off
Tier 3: 8 Neighbors = 20% off
(a neighbor being a house on your street or within .5 miles)
So if everyone had the same lot and house size every neighbor would pay this rate monthly:
Tier 1: 134.64 - 5% = $6.73 off each -- Total = 127.91 / month per house
Tier 2: 134.64 - 10% = $13.46 off each -- Total = 121.18 / month per house
Tier 3: 134.64 - 20% = $26.93 off each -- Total = 107.71 / month per house
