Terms of Service for https://mylawn.work

1. Introduction

 

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://mylawn.work (the “Website”) and the services provided therein (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms supplement any other agreements you may have with us, such as service agreements or privacy policies.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, you must not accept these Terms or use the Services.

  • “Controller” means the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data.

  • “Data Incident” means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Personal Data on systems managed by or otherwise controlled by us.


  • “Applicable Data Protection Laws” means all applicable privacy and data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other relevant national or regional regulations.

3. Scope and Application

 These Terms apply to all Services provided by https://mylawn.work , including any features, functionalities, or technical support related to those Services. These Terms specifically govern the processing of Personal Data that you, as the Controller, provide to us, as the Processor, in connection with your use of the Services.

4. Roles and Responsibilities


  • 4.1 Processor and Controller Roles:
    • We, My Lawn Company, LLC, act as the Processor of Personal Data you provide through the Services.


  • You are the Controller of such Personal Data and are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to provide Personal Data to us for processing under these Terms.


  • 4.2 Compliance with Applicable Laws:
    • Each party agrees to comply with its respective obligations under Applicable Data Protection Laws.


  • If you are a Processor acting on behalf of another Controller, you warrant that you have authorization from that Controller to engage us as a Subprocessor and to provide the instructions outlined in these Terms.

5. Data Processing Details


  • 5.1 Subject Matter: The processing of Personal Data in connection with the provision of the Services.


  • 5.2 Duration: Personal Data will be processed for the duration of your use of the Services and as necessary to comply with legal obligations or as specified in these Terms.


  • 5.3 Nature and Purpose: The nature of the processing includes the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of Personal Data to provide the functionality of the Services, such as [e.g., user account management, analytics].


  • 5.4 Types of Personal Data: Personal Data may include [e.g., names, email addresses, IP addresses].

6. Instructions for Processing

  • 8.3 Objection to Subprocessors: You may object to a new Subprocessor within 30 days of notification. If you object, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If no resolution is reached, you may terminate the affected Services.

13. Liability
